Heart failure package

This package is deeply personal to me. My 90-year-old Dad was recently hospitalized with heart failure. It was a shock to our whole family, and we were suddenly overwhelmed with his new diet, fluid restrictions, and daily health monitoring routine.

I’ve now put everything in place for him, and I can do the same for you. Heart failure is a condition you can live with—with the right support.
