What is the menopause programme?
Menopause doesn't have to be a sorry, painful experience. It is perfectly natural and every woman will go through it. The key is to educate yourself and prepare yourself physically, emotionally and mentally to make your transition as easy as possible.
How does it work?
Once a month for 6 months we will meet on zoom. We will discuss your progress, answer any questions you have and talk about one of the below topics. The topics are only suggestions and the programme is client led. At the end of the conversation, we will set new goals for the month.
How much does it cost?
One hour face to face zoom call per month for 6 months, plus email access to me during the month, costs £360.00 (works out to £60 per month). You can choose to see me in the clinic, face to face but there will be a surcharge for the clinic.

Month 4, 1 hour appointment
How do you look after your mental health?
Menopause can often increase anxiety, stress and fear. Then there are the emotional changes such as irritability, lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating and fatigue. We can talk about ways to protect your mental health.
Month 5, 1 hour appointment
How to avoid weight gain during menopause?
It can be harder to lose weight after menopause and post menopausal women tend to put weight on around their belly. We will talk about ways to keep your weight in check without calorie counting and 'dieting'.
Month 6, 1 hour appointment
The way forward
We can talk about the changes you have made and what has worked or hasn't worked. At this stage, we can work out together a plan that you know can be achievable and realistic.

You will be sent a questionnaire before the call so we can work our way through the form to start forming a personalized plan and creating personalized goals.
Month 2, 1 hour appointment
How can you manage your symptoms ?
Everyone will have different symptoms, as well as different combinations and durations. we will discuss your symptoms, talk about natural remedies for them or dietary changes to promote hormonal health.
Month 3, 1 hour appointment
How do you protect your heart and bones?
Evidence suggests that post menopausal women are more susceptible to osteoporosis and coronary heart disease. We will discuss ways you can lower your risk factors through diet and lifestyle changes.
