How much calcium do we need for a plant based diet?


Yes, we need at least 700mg of calcium each day. What does that look like? Try for 3 forms of calcium a day. Plant based milk, yoghurt, tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, almonds or sesame seeds to name a few.
