Why I love Beetroot

Most Aussies grew up with beetroot on their burgers. We love beetroot and it has lots of benefits:

- high in fibre - high in folate - high in maganese

It also improves blood flow, lowers blood pressure, and increases exercise performance.

Grate raw or purchase pickled. Just remember that your wee might be pink after eating beetroot and it stains, so wear an apron when preparing it.
