Sleep is so important for our health. Here is how to get a better night's sleep:

  • Get out in the sunshine in the morning

  • Do some exercise

  • Develop a night-time routine (mine is reading a book before I go to sleep)

  • Your room/covers are a comfortable temperature

  • Your room is dark

  • Limit electronics before bed
