1. Feed your gut with things that it enjoys
Keep the skin on your veggies and fruit. Chose snacks like mixed nuts, apple and peanut butter, pepper and houmous.
2. Sleep better
Get out in the sun in the morning to get some natural sunlight. Try and stick to a sleeping pattern where you go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. Make sure your room isn't too hot. Avoid screen time before bed.
3. Get out in nature
Expose your gut to new things. Grow your own veggies so you get your hands dirty. Spend time with pets and animals.
