I was never the child to pull off the pickles from my fast-food burgers. I did love pickles. I don't tend to eat fast-food anymore, but I have been reading about pickles and the benefits it has on gut health.
Pickles are high in vitamins A and K but don’t overdo it as they tend to be high in salt too. I got a jar which lasts for 6 weeks so I can easily just have a couple here and there. Pickles are also a great source of probiotics (hence the gut health benefit) and also fibre.
