  • what you know about a health plant based diet

to work out the best plan for you.

This will be zoom or phone.

From our consultation, I will tailor a vegan food plan incorporating any  dietary requirements (if you have food intolerances or allergies).

To keep you accountable, plus to tweak the food plan and answer any questions you may have, you will receive a weekly phone call.
