This pack is a nutrition guide designed to support your health through nutrition, education, and lifestyle guidance. The pack is intended for general wellness and educational purposes only. Melanie Smith is a Registered Nutritionist and not a GP.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to enrol and living in the UK or EU as Melanie's insurance only covers these regions. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and understand that this programme is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client understands and agrees to the following -
- I am responsible for contacting my GP about any health concerns.
- If I am receiving treatment from my GP, or any other medical provider, I should tell him/her about any nutritional strategy provided by Melanie Smith. This is necessary because of any possible reaction between medication and the nutritional programme.
- It is important that I tell Melanie Smith about any medical diagnosis, medication, herbal medicine, or food supplements, I am taking as this may affect the nutritional programme.
- If I am unclear about the agreed programme, I should contact Melanie Smith for clarification.
- Zoom/MS Teams or face-to-face consultations will not be recorded.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds:
If you need to cancel please email info@melaniesmithnutrition.com within 48 hours of purchase for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (PDFs, videos, guides, trackers) are the property of Melanie Smith Nutrition and are for personal use only. You may not share, copy, reproduce, or redistribute materials without written consent.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared by you will remain confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering personalized support, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If testimonials are collected, explicit consent will be obtained.
8. Results Disclaimer

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the program without refund in cases of:
