Email your three-day food diary and have it scientifically analysed to find out whether you are getting the right levels of vitamins and minerals for your age and gender.  Your analysis will review the percentage of carbs/protein/fats as well as the levels of vitamin and minerals and fibre. The analysis is based on the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) guidelines in the UK. This is a great way to see whether your diet is giving you the appropriate micro and macro nutrients and whether you should or shouldn't be taking vitamin supplements.
